I had a glorious time with my kids...

I went to visit my daughter and her family. I had a great time. A matter of fact it wasn't long enough. I took the grand kids a birthday cake and we had another birthday celebration. It was so great to see them, that I am going in July for a week, and I can't wait. My babies are all big and I am so proud of them all.

Anyway, I have a few more birthdays that are coming up, so I am sharing the card files with anyone who needs birthday cards.

Well Wishes for Susan...

I made a card for my sister in law, who's a teacher and on her way to work got struck by a car. Her car was totalled, thank God that she came out of it alive. She's suffering with lots of body pain, and severe whip lash. She's very dedicate to her students. She's never been able to have children, but God has blessed her with more children than she expected. It's been difficult for her to get around, but she has a very good husband, who takes good care of her. I hope that I am able to give her a little support and happiness with my Well Wishes. This is the time for family to help the best way they can. Anyway, Susan, I pray that you recuperate soon and that you have the strength to endure your pain and discomfort.

This is my Birthday Boy with his dog Olive...

Today, May 17, 2009, is my grandson, Elias' birthday. I can't believe his eight years old, already. It seems like yesterday, he came into our lives. How time flies. I wasn't able to post his birthday card, because of copy right laws. He's a Pokemon fan, and I made him a Pokemon birthday card. Which, he was very happy with. It was very overwhelming, when he got it and called me to tell me, how much he like his birthday card.

On Friday, his mother took him to Busch Gardens Williams burg, as a birthday gift and he had the time of his life. He even rode the Loch Ness Monster and also the Apollo's Chariot. He has a lot of guts, because I wouldn't have gotten on any of those rides. I check it out on the Internet and I was shocked by the Video rides alone. LOL You need to see it for yourself. Then she had a sketch of his portrait done for memories of his eighth birthday. Cool, Huh! I enclosed him getting the sketch done. Well, this is Elias birthday out ting.

Bridal shower coming up!!!

My nephew is taking a bride in August. I was invited to her bridal shower. So, this is the card that I made to accompany her gift. I had never made a bridal shower card before. So, I hope that I did the right thing. If anyone has any comments that would help with any errors that I may have made. I would be grateful and would take them into consideration. We learn from our mistakes. I wouldn't want to do the wrong thing. I have time to correct anything that I may have done wrong. Thanks for your help, if any.

This card is a version of my Mom card. This card was done by Tonya Kaye, who on other occasions had done other version of my cards and other files. I want to thank Tonya for taking the time to send me a picture of your work. Tonya has cut the file as a Mother's Day card for her Mother-In-Law. I am so thrilled that she and a few others have taken the time to use my files. It makes it all worth while. Tonya, it's a job well done.
