These are my granddaughters

Cassie and Miss Leandra,

they were playing dress-up.

They asked their mother for Lip gloss, as you

can see it in the picture.

Anyway, the next day, Cassie, my

youngest asked her mom for

lip gloss, the others were in school, except

the oldest of the girls, who was home sick.

Mom agreed, just to keep her

busy. She asked her Mom

if she could go upstairs to show her big sister.

When she got up stairs, she discovered

her sister was sleeping,

so on her way down stairs, she decided to

leave little lip gloss kisses on the wall.

She left a long line of kisses.

When her sister came down for lunch.

She discovered the line of lip gloss kisses.

When, Mom asked who left the kisses on the

wall, Miss Cassie replied,

I don't know !

So, there you have it

the Kiss on the Wall Caper.

There nothing more rewarding....

I’m back from my family visit. I had a great time with my kids. We had two birthday celebration, my grandson (Elias) and his sister (Miss Leandra).

We had a barbecue party for them on the weekend. It was a small party, but the kids had a blast. My daughter was having yard work done, so this limited the amount of kids on the invitation list. This week the yard was completed, and the only thing left is to replace the doors. I love what was done with the yard. When they purchased the house, they didn’t know that there was a problem with the drainage system. During heavy rain falls the water would accumulate and it would become almost like a pool, it would get really muddy. The dogs and kids would track in mud, and it was a nightmare. She invested her money into fixing the yard in time for the summer, so the kids are in their glory. She has a nice size yard and it would have been horrible not to be able to enjoy the yard. Now, they picked up a pool and plan to enjoy the Memorial Day in their new backyard.

I am sorry for the delay on my card posting, but I came home with much needed rest, LOL. Here are the cards that I created. I cut one of two cards. The card that I didn’t cut is similar to the one that I did. It’s for Father’s day. I decide to post it anyway, so if there are any glitches in the cut, please take a moment to let me know. I will be appreciative, if anyone would inform me of any mistakes found.

January Birthdays...

I had spent New Years with my family in Virginia. In the middle of our holiday celebration, we were moving her into her new home. Wow, it was a lot of work, specially trying to enjoy stay up to see the New Year Ball fall, after a full day of work.
It was so nice to see the kids unpacking their things in their new rooms. I was shocked how their mother was able to adorn and set up their Christmas tree with all the things that had to be unpacked. She's quite a Supermom. Thank God, that moving doesn't happen often.

We were really surprised, when they brought out a birthday cake for their Grandpa. The funny thing about it, was that they forgot to get candles, so they used their previous birthday candles, which were numbers six and eight.
So, Grandpa had a choice of being sixty-eight or eighty-six, LOL.
It was a great birthday surprise. I am enclosing some of the birthday pictures of the surprise birthday. His Birthday isn't till the 18th. but being that he was there and we won't be back till March. They wanted to do something nice for him.
