The English colonists we call Pilgrims, celebrated days of thanksgiving as part of their religion. But these were days of prayer, not days of feasting. Our national holiday really stems from the feast held in the autumn of 1621 by the Pilgrims and the Wampanoag to celebrate the colony's first successful harvest.
I found this picture that fit this occasion, and which I also love, so I made it into a die cut. If you lay it out careful, its a great cut out. Its also great for a school project. It can be used in many ways.
I have place this Thanksgiving wreath on this blog, which will be nice for a welcome door decor or any way that you can use it.
I isolated the Thanksgiving with can be used for a card topper, etc.
I want to thank all those who have left warming comments on my blog.
They are well appreciated and I will continue to share as long as I can.
